Took the week of Christmas off from work and since the Fam was home I decided to make us a hearty breakfast. I used a ground breakfast sausage and added some ingredients…maple, chili pepper flakes, parsley, salt and black pepper and formed them into patties. Also prepared a chive scramble to add to the sandwiches…we had leftover rolls from Christmas eve dinner so I buttered up the rolls and toasted them. As I was assembling each sandwich I decided to add fresh baby spinach and some shredded jack pepper cheese. All in all was yummy! A quick and easy breakfast to start our Friday morning. Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas with family and friends.
